Transitions in my life, bad or good, fuel my creativity.  Part of being human is living, learning and adapting to these transformational times.  I use personal experience to create images about our shared universal experience.  Though I am reflecting on visual memories to create these images, the personal symbols narrate a larger human story that speaks on the theme of loss, remembrance, the power of low and self-transformation.  I view these symbols as a composed snap shot reconstructed from moments passed.  As part of my artistic growth, I have searched internally for that core spark that drives my ambition and allows me to share my own experiences on a universal level of understanding about loss, grief, memory, resolve, love and commemoration.
